NEWSLETTER SEPT 2025

Hello Everyone,

After a fantastic break, it’s time to get back to work !

MCM Cover September issue

First of all , glad to share the latest issue of Marie-Claire Maison, featuring my cover. In Aix-en-Provence, interior designer Héléna Monnet-Plat transformed a 1980s villa into a luminous home infused with Mediterranean soul, French elegance, and Italian influences. A story of vision, passion, and style captured through my lens.

Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Morocco

Happy also to finally reveal what I shot in May this year.

I collaborated with L’Oréal & Yves Saint Laurent Beauté to photograph a remarkable new project in the Ourika Valley, just outside Marrakech.

10 years ago, Yves Saint Laurent Beauté through the impulsion of talented Caroline Negre has established a pioneering garden where over 250 plant species are grown, including jasmine, pomegranate, fig, and wild mallow,  to be incorporated into the brand’s cosmetic formulations. More than a garden, this site is a sustainable and experimental space, designed to unite innovation, tradition, and respect for the land.

The project was entrusted to renowned landscape architects Eric Ossart and Arnaud Maurières, whose deep knowledge of Morocco’s unique climate and ecosystems has shaped the garden into both a place of cultivation and of vision.

Photographing this dialogue between architecture, science, and nature was an opportunity to witness how beauty can be reimagined  responsibly, creatively, and in harmony with its environment.

When Studio Meets Imagination

For our latest project, Elvis Agency booked me and we had originally planned to shoot the new bedlinen collection on location. When the space became unavailable at the very last minute, we reimagined the approach. The products were photographed in studio, allowing us to capture every detail and texture with precision.

To complete the vision, Elvis Agency brought the surroundings to life using AI-generated decor, seamlessly blending technology and creativity. The result is a series of images that feel both authentic and imaginative, where design, photography, and innovation meet.

A Landmark Opening: SLS Barcelona for Ennismore & ACCOR

Happy to share one of my most inspiring recent projects: the commission to photograph the opening of SLS Barcelona, a bold new flagship for Ennismore and SLS Hotels. This 497-room destination not only marks the SLS brand’s debut in Spain and Europe, but also sets a new standard for contemporary luxury on the Mediterranean coast.

Years in the making, SLS Barcelona is a landmark designed to embody a fusion of architectural innovation, vibrant interiors, and Mediterranean energy. Capturing its essence required more than documentation.  It called for rhythm, patience, and precision, as well as the pleasure of true collaboration.

Working alongside the talented Yamil Errasti, and with the keen styling eye of my cousin Erwan Le Boulicaut, we walked over 15,000 steps a day to capture every angle, detail, and narrative of a hotel poised to redefine hospitality in Barcelona.

This project was as much about the creative process as it was about the images themselves. Yamil has shared some of our reflections on this collaboration, which you can explore further here 👇 in this fun blog note
